Competition Rules

NOTE: All tickets must sell before a winner is picked., The minimum tickets is total number of tickets available for the competition. If a competition runs for an unreasonable amount of time, we will set a timer to end the competition early and amend the total prize to meet ticket sales. This will not affect the random process of picking the winner.

IMPORTANT: our competitions are only available to UK residents until further notice.

1. How to Enter

• You will be allocated a ticket number(s) when your order is confirmed. Your ticket number(s) will be sent to you via email. you will also see your tickets in your account lottery tickets page.
• Each competition will have a set minimum total number of entries, which will be displayed on the competition page.
• The competition will close when all tickets are sold or when the Last Chance to Buy timer runs out, at which point a winner will be drawn.
• Free entries will be added on top of minimum tickets to be sold.

2. Free Entry Route

NOTE: By Submitting a free entry, you are increasing the odds for everyone including yourself.

• You may send one free entry per competition. Each free entry will be added to the total ticket numbers. for example: if there are 1000 tickets for the competition, each free entry will be added to that total. 5 people adding a free entry will mean total odds will be 1/1005.
• To enter for free:
  • Email us with competition details and your full details of your account
    Please also share the competition link from our website and say you have entered on your Instagram tagging us in your post.(does not affect your entry or chances of winning)
• All free entries must be received and confirmed before the competition closes to be included in the draw. Late entries will not be processed.
• Multiple entries will disqualify all free entries and entries for multiple competitions must be done separately. Any entries that are found to be by one person with multiple accounts, all tickets paid or free will be disqualified without a refund. We run fair and transparent competitions and account spamming is not acceptable.

3. Competition Draw & Winner Selection

• The prize will be automatically drawn once the competition ends, using our secure, automated, and locked-off random ticket picker system. No one at Pay Day UK(even directors) have access to the code level random winner picker.
• Every valid entry has an equal chance of winning regardless of ticket sequence or number, with no manual interference.
• If a competition doesn’t reach its minimum tickets sold within a reasonable time frame, or by a time set in the description above, we will notify all participants and set a date and time for the draw, in which a revised total prize will be calculated based on tickets sold.

4. Eligibility & Account Requirements

• You must sign up for an account before entering. Entries submitted without an associated account cannot be processed and your funds in this case cannot be tracked or refunded.
• A billing address must be added to your account for your entries to be valid.
• Your billing email address must match your account email address to ensure you receive the correct correspondence for your entry and or win.

5. Announcing the Winner

• The winner will be announced on our website and social media platforms (Instagram only currently).
• We will also contact the winner directly via email & phone to arrange prize collection/delivery.
• If a winner does not respond within 30 days, a redraw may take place in accordance with our terms and conditions.
• All Participants will be notified who the winner is through a push notification in our mobile app. To reduce spam we will not send an email to all participants.
