- To enter, you must first create an account.
- You can register by clicking “My Account” at the top of the website or during checkout when selecting your tickets.
- Make sure to add your billing address to complete your registration.
2. Choose Your Competition & Buy Tickets
- Browse our active competitions and select the one you want to enter.
- Choose your ticket(s) and proceed to checkout.
- Some competitions may require you to answer a skill-based question before purchase.
3. Receive Your Ticket Confirmation
- Once your order is successfully placed, your ticket numbers will be automatically assigned at random.
- You will receive a confirmation email with your ticket numbers.
- You can also view your tickets anytime by logging into your My Account page.
4. Ticket Listings & Competition Progress
- All participant ticket numbers will be publicly displayed on the competition page for transparency.
- Some competitions will only close once all tickets are sold, while others will trigger a “Last Chance to Buy” 24-hour timer once 80% of tickets have been sold.
5. Competition Closing & Winner Selection
- Once the Last Chance to Buy timer runs out or 100% of tickets are sold, the competition officially ends, and a winner is drawn.
- The draw is conducted using our secure, automated, and locked-off random ticket picker, ensuring fairness and transparency.
6. Winner Announcement & Prize Delivery
- The winning ticket number and winner’s details will be displayed on the competition page.
- The winner will also receive an email notification and be contacted directly to arrange prize delivery.

Competition Rules
1. How to Enter
- You will be allocated a random ticket number(s) when your order is confirmed. Your ticket number(s) will be sent to you via email.
- Each competition will have a set total number of entries, which will be displayed on the competition page.
- The competition will close when all tickets are sold or when the Last Chance to Buy timer runs out, at which point a winner will be drawn.
2. Free Entry Route
- You may send one free entry per competition. Each free entry will be added to the total ticket numbers. for example: if there are 1000 tickets for the competition, each free entry will be added to that total. 5 people adding a free entry will mean total odds will be 1/1005.
- All free entries must be received and confirmed before the competition closes to be included in the draw. Late entries will not be processed.
- Multiple entries will disqualify all free entries and entries for multiple competitions must be done separately. Any entries that are found to be by one person with multiple accounts, all tickets paid or free will be disqualified without a refund.

3. Competition Draw & Winner Selection
- The prize will be automatically drawn once the competition ends, using our secure, automated, and locked-off random ticket picker system.
- Every valid entry has an equal chance of winning, with no manual interference.
- The draw date will be clearly stated on the competition page and will take place regardless of the number of tickets sold.
4. Eligibility & Account Requirements
- You must sign up for an account before entering. Entries submitted without an associated account cannot be processed.
- A billing address must be added to your account for your entries to be valid.
5. Announcing the Winner
- The winner will be announced on our website and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- We may also contact the winner directly via email or phone to arrange prize collection/delivery.
- If a winner does not respond within [X] days, a redraw may take place in accordance with our terms and conditions.
